Request for Expressions of Interest (EoI) for the development of Shore Base Facilities in Suriname

Objective
The purpose of this letter is to seek your interest for the development and operation of a shore base in Suriname (the Project). It is the intent that interested parties provide the Government of Suriname (GoS) with an Expression of Interest (EoI) on or before the due dates mentioned in this request. With this request, Government of Suriname seeks to test the appetite of the international and domestic markets for developing Shore Bases in Suriname, with a view to having a “fit for purpose” Shore Base in time to match the development of the offshore oil and gas industry. The main objective is to provide the GoS an option to explicitly endorse the best submissions. This EoI request is open to international and Surinamese entities, either privately or publicly owned or a combination thereof. Only EoI’s that meet the general requirements set forth in section 3 will be considered.
